Shipping Policy
We ship our Signature Ice Cream Sandwiches and Small Batched Cookies exclusively via UPS. Orders are shipped overnight only on Wednesdays for Thursday delivery. Orders placed after 8am on Wednesday will be shipped the FOLLOWING Wednesday.
Our ice cream sandwiches are shipped with dry ice to ensure that they arrive in a frozen state. Please immediately store your ice cream sandwiches in a freezer upon their arrival.
Should your Ice Cream Sandwiches arrive melted, please contact us at info@wynwoodparlor.com and we will refund or reship your order.
